All participants and vehicles should meet with their groups and line up facing north under the bridge at 8th St and Virginia Avenue SE between 8:30 and 9:30 AM on parade day.

​

The parade will begin promptly at 10:00 AM and conclude at 12:00 PM, ending at Eastern Market Metro Plaza (8th St and D St SE).
